Emma Gee is the Interim Executive Director of Economic Growth and Neighbourhood Services (DEGNS). Emma is an experienced regeneration leader and qualified Town Planner with 20 years experience of working in the built environment and economic growth profession. Emma has had responsibility for a programme of major town centre regeneration schemes. She has a strong background in regeneration, economic development and town centres and experience of planning and delivery of major schemes as well as large scale urban expansions.
